Terms
The rules that govern the use of this website and our services.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
By browsing the optiloyer.com website (the "site"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
This site presents Opti Loyer's services in the area of rental income optimization in Québec (cash for raise, cash for keys, tenant management, optimization audit) as well as informational guides on these topics. The content of the site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Every situation is unique; consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.
The services described on the site (cash for raise, cash for keys, tenant management, optimization audit) are carried out through voluntary agreements between the landlord and the tenant, in compliance with Québec's rental board (the TAL). No result is guaranteed: the outcome of a negotiation depends on each situation, in particular on the agreement of the tenant concerned. The precise terms of a mandate (scope, compensation, obligations of each party) are set out in a separate agreement between Opti Loyer and the client, outside of this site.
The "pay only for results" model described on the site means that the initial audit is free and that Opti Loyer's compensation is conditional on obtaining a result, according to the terms agreed upon in the applicable service agreement.
By completing a form on this site (audit request, downloading a kit, getting in touch), you confirm that the information provided is accurate. The use of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
The content of this site (text, guides, illustrations, calculators, logo) belongs to Opti Loyer, unless otherwise indicated, and is protected by copyright. You may consult and share this content for personal and non-commercial purposes, citing the source. Any reproduction for commercial purposes requires our prior written authorization.
This site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, the website of Québec's rental board, the TAL). We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of these external sites.
The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Opti Loyer cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from decisions made based on the information found on it. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as legal advice.
We may modify these terms or the content of the site at any time, without notice. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its update date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
